For context, order placed 1/12/24 (Sunday) @ 07:31, packed ready for collection same day @ 10:36. Collected by Royal Mail on 2/12/25 (Monday) @ 15:01 for delivery by air mail to Israel. Yes, it arrived late but how you can blame us for delays between RM and the Israeli Postal service? We despatched on time and couldn't have sent it any faster so very unfair to mark us down for something that was totally out of our control.
