We thought the cards had been lost in transit (it took Australia Post 3 weeks to deliver them), but rather than just saying "oh well" and offering a refund, Norm was prepared to try and source replacements for me as an alternative. Such willingness to help customers is sadly something you rarely see these days. Well Done! A+++++
