  Received my delivery only to open and saw x1 item when i ordered x2 quantities. I received a receipt invoice of my order and read I was charged for x2 quantities, so i messaged the seller about the issue. Seller kindly responded and addressed the issue. I received a refund of the x1 item that was not received. Great customer service! Very responsive and detailed. Item was greatly packaged. Very happy of total outcome! Would purchase from again!   Carefully packaged and arrived quickly! It was new in box and there was no damage to the boxed item. Seller’s price was a great value considering it’s brand new and included shipping! Also appreciated that the seller confirmed it was from a nonsmoking environment so I didn’t have to message for that info. Would recommend! Thank you! ❤️

  I ordered the Tokyo Mater Kabuto and Kabuto Ninja 2 pack unfortunately item no longer available so seller reached out to me as soon as she found out, she apologized and offered to cancel/refund or replace it with another item I like. Am not taking it against her since she immediately informed me about the situation and honored the price of the original item I purchased.
