  The shipping was relatively quick, and the packaging was securely wrapped bubble wrap around the device. Initially, the laptop didn't work well (memory was faulty), but the seller quickly resolved the issue and went as far as to send me a replacement part with upgrade!   Motherboard arrived quickly everything seems to be in order I haven't been able to power on and test it until I get the rest of my components however everything looked great and I would definitely buy from this seller again I had to originally cancel this board and reorder it a mistake on my part and the seller was very quick to have that done for me and also very reasonable with no question asked.
