  I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The seller mistakenly sent a completely different item. Since I used a freight forwarding service to Armenia, I can’t return the package now that it’s out of the USA. Because of the seller’s mistake, I ended up paying a significant amount for something I didn’t order. Please double-check with the seller before buying to make sure they ship the correct item. I can’t comment on the quality because I wasn’t able to use the product — it’s not what I ordered.

  I understand your concerns, but it seems that before we could work towards a resolution, you moved ahead and left feedback without waiting for eBay's response. There's a specific return process that eBay has in place that would allow us to either provide a replacement or issue a refund, which we were prepared to do. Sadly, you decided not to wait for that process to unfold. It's important to note that we shipped to Delaware,USA as that was the final destination. We're not resp. for International

  The item was reported defective to the seller well within the 30-day purchase/return policy, but because the dispute was reported slightly after that, the seller denied liability towards the defective product. The product caused significant damage to the equipment it was installed in, and all this was documented with pictures and proof. Although I had purchased this product from this seller before, the nature of the product can change, but seller refused to refund, which was unethical.

  It is regrettably difficult to satisfy every consumer, but it is even worse to satisfy some when our product isn't the problem. As you can see, the buyer claims that the drums are defective or flawed, even though he purchased two completely distinct items from us. C224 Konica Transfer Belt. We have a 30-day return policy, but they utilized the item for more than 45 days, and the damaged item is the drum rather than the transfer belt. Sorry, but we are unable to assist with this issue.
