  I originally used the wrong payment method and the seller was so fast to refund and allow me to repurchase the order so I’m very grateful for that. Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke. Great experience with this seller.

  I received this very quickly. The only problem was the hair spray that showed in the picture was missing. I contacted seller to let them know. At first he said the spray was not included. I told him that the picture of the item he was selling showed the spray. He made my purchase right by refunding me 50% of what I paid. I was very happy that everything worked out ok. I recommend this seller.

  This seller is a true asset to ebay, their communication, outstanding customer service is above and beyond. I have purchased from this seller many years and will continue in the years to come. Their prices are fantastic and quality from wellknown products are always reassurance on your purchase. Any issues are resolved immediately….cant get any better

  kEverything the seller said was correct my only issue was that I couldn't picture in my head how large or small the item was. We were actually looking for a larger rice maker so I caulk this up to the downside of shopping online. The items came and were exactly as described. They arrived in good time. When I wanted to send the items back the seller made it work to both of our benefits. Good seller. I would buy from them again.
