  Item arrived very poorly package as we took the machine out of the box the box fell apart It would also been nice to be told we needed an English plug and foot.

  Superb machine (goes through 8 layers of sailcloth like a hot knife through butter). Delivered exactly on time. Only downside was a broken lid om the accessory box. That's just UPS for you, they're worse than useless!

  The item was shipped fast and well protected. However, it arrived with a broken piece. I have contacted the seller and send him photos, but he didn't bother to answer to my messages. Very disappointed. Hopefully we'll be able to repair it but for almost £200, I expect a better customer service.
