  Seller was great in terms of communication and shipping speed. However, the I/O sheild was not included in the ppackage, and the listing never stated that it would NOT be included. This is the biggest issue I had with the seller. The board was definitely used and had some bent pins on the headers, but that was quickly fixed. This seller would have gotten 5/5 if it werent for the missing parts.

  Great price. Exactly as described in listing and in listing photos. Condition is perfect for a used item. Prompt shipment. Fast delivery. A+++ service. I would buy from them again. Also this works perfectly with my HP EliteBook 8770W laptop. My only one gripe would be they could of used better shipping materials. Random box with 50 miles of packing tape on it was pretty sketchy.

  Overall positive experience. Points of improvement for this seller could be better (i.e. more secure/adequate) packaging. Otherwise the item came in quickly. Communication was good. Item was as a described but had an issue, but this was settled through communication. Value was good. Thank you.

  A good price on some older computer equipment in very good condition as described. Good packing and shipping. Minor issue fixed with very good communication. Would certainly buy from again.
