  Just as described. Shipper (fedex) damaged the box but doesn’t look like anything fell out. Poles and saw look fine and battery/charger still in the box. Not sellers fault. Shipping Co do better.

  Supposedly shipped 7 boxes of this flooring. Send tracking number that showed 1 box 4 pounds. One box of flooring weighs 33 pounds. The tracking showed delivered with a very generic picture. There was no package delivered. Buyer beware sounded like a scam to me. Never provided the correct tracking number and they said it was lost in shipping.

  Ebay buy item was lost in the mail (not eBay seller's fault), and eBayer provided me updates throughout the investigation process and once determined the carrier lost the package, Noah-Studio processed a prompt refund, Thank you!
