Customer service was extremely prompt in sending me a label to return the item and within a week I was refunded. I’m sad I wasn’t able to get the part, but I am more than happy with the service. The part I was sent was in great condition and had amazing quality. If it was the right one I would be ecstatic. Product looked great as well. Worth the money! 5 stars for customer service and the product quality.

Well wrapped and packed. Not like OEM of course and has some imperfections between the joint but overall good quality for aftermarket fairings.
