  GREAT description allowed for perfect exact replacement of needed part! The PCBA was VERY WELL packed w/ protective case and shipped quickly (and it came from inside US..no int'l delays)! The price was also best I've found! These folks are a go-to for sure! Thank you!

  The item was accurately described. Communication with the merchant was great. Good price and good product. My only complaint is USPS. It took 21 days to arrive. I requested a refund because the shipment had no updates for 10 days, and I assumed it was lost. A+ merchant! FF--- for USPS.

  Shipping wasn't his fault. USPS sent it from California to Hawaii to Guam back California then to Brooklyn. The product looks good and packaging was done right. He answered my questions quickly

  Wow, I'm extremely impressed with niu-usa’s customer service! My original order didn't arrive (not their fault!), but they were incredibly proactive in contacting me and sending a replacement ribbon cable right away. Fast shipping on the replacement, and excellent communication throughout the process. The L1/L2/R1/R2 cable is exactly what I needed for my PS5 controller. Highly recommended – this seller truly cares about their customers!
