    Communication from the seller was spot on. I’m in Australia so unfortunately it turned out the item couldn’t be shipped internationally but the seller communicated this and processed the refund without delay. Excellent service even though I didn’t get the product in the end

    This is exactly as described by the seller. Brand new, factory OEM Serpentine Drive Belt for my Nissan Rogue. It came packaged appropriately from the seller and was in it's original Nissan cardboard sleeve with all OEM data such as part number, date of manufacturing, etc. The shipping timeframe was reasonable and as promised. I would recommend this part and this seller if you are considering a similar Genuine Nissan parts purchase.

    The item was exactly as described and the exact part needed. My local dealers had a hard time finding the exact part and were very over priced. The only negative comment is, it came a few days later than estimated. I didn't need it immediately and it is the Christmas rush period.

    The seller doesn’t actually have the item to sell. Upon purchase, I promptly received a tracking number. However, that’s where the good part ends. After a week I contacted the seller to ask when the part was going to ship, and after 2 days they finally responded that the part and part number that they had listed and I purchased was not a good part number. I verified the part number through Gerald Nissan’s website, my local dealership, and Nismo. Valid part number, seller cancelled the order.
