    Fantastic service. My order was placed early afternoon and the expectation was it would be delivered within 2 days. The next morning the door bell rang and when I answered there was the Parcel Force man with a parcel and it was my order from Nisbetts. I and was really surprised that my order had been processed and sent and I had received it in less than 24 hours, what a fantastic service , well done Nisbetts.

    Have used this product in my work and at home since before Covid. Feel it's a better quality hand disinfectant gel than some of the cheap one's on the market. On the delivery, there was ample packaging to ensure the product wasn't damaged or leak during delivery so was in excellent condition on arrival. Feel it is great value for money product. Was received well within the scheduled delivery time and communication from seller was excellent. Would recommend and use them again in the future

    I can only describe this seller as exceptional , first class service , ordered on Sunday delivered by mid day Monday. Item was the Tork reflex M2 hand towel dispenser, received exactly as described excellent packaging and product is brand new.     Item is as described, good price, initial one was broken due to poor packaging, replacement sent and received quickly and was undamaged but still very poor packaging for a large glass jar.
