  Excellent service with good quality product, shipped well and received in perfect condition, with very good value as well. First mailing seemed to get lost in the mail, but then when I notified this seller I was sent another one which arrived quickly. Really responsive and good service and I expect to be buying from this seller again. The way this gasket is packaged makes it easy to see what it is when in storage and maintains its shape and good appearance.

  Ordered wrong gasket by mistake, since I didn't know that there were two variations for that particular model. Offered to send the wrong gasket back, but was told not to do that and that they would send the right gasket......that was several weeks ago. Messaged them, but no response. Why offer to send the right gasket if you're not going to follow through?

  Seller apologized and I received the correct gasket a few days later. Thank you so much.....would do business again.

  Item as described, mailed in envelope with backer to deter folding, looks to be a quality product that meets/exceeds OEM specifications. Fast 3 day shipping across the US (a huge surprise as the usps has been everything but fast or undamaged). Recommended Seller. Thanks!

  Package was hung up somehow for a long time. USPS must have lost it and then found it. Received part as described. Good seller communication. I wish the item had tracking.

  Excellent. Thanks for shipping as a flat item that had stiff pages to protect gaskets. Other sellers have shipped same item folded or rolled and smashed flat during shipping. Great seller, great price.

  Nice quality, great, nice value. First order got lost in shipping. When I notified the seller, they sent out two more gaskets, that day. Recvd second package in about 3 days. Seller made it a very smooth transition. Will do more business with this seller.
