    I was a little nervous about buying a DS Lite refurbished, but I saw all the great reviews and thought I’d give it a try. I couldn’t be more pleased! It arrived so much faster than anticipated, was packaged well, works just like it’s supposed to, and brings back all the nostalgia from childhood! Such a great shop! Thank you for providing such a phenominal product! It also works perfectly with the DS games I have, so all my worries were unjustified. 100% satisfied!

    Shoppers accidentally shipped me a worse quality DSlite then described, but when I reached out to them about it they were quick to respond and I was able to get a replacement! I'll I had to do was show proof of purchase and send the old DS back to their wear house. Highly recommended, fantastic customer service

    Item was as described. Shipping and packaging of item was great. Item did have a faulty port, but communication from the seller was good and I was given a partial refund for the item. Other than that, no problems whatsoever.
