  Plants were shipped by Australian Post, arriving on Wednesday after being shipped on the Monday. Package was undamaged. Plants were healthy and strong and in great condition. Definitely got value for my money. I also cannot fault customer service, all my questions were answered within a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. Very happy with both purchase and service - one happy customer here!!

  Items were as described. However due to poor packaging choices the cardstock become bent in transit when poorly handled by postal service. Contact made with seller to provide feedback but no return communication has been received in receipt of that. Would urge caution with this seller.

  This was sent in a sturdy cardboard Pizza box. this is not 'poor packaging' If australia post decided to bend this in half no amount of packaging would have been enough. Any damaged parcels should be brought to aus post attention by the receiver i have no control over what australia post decides to do with them once they leave my care. Aus post would require the receiver to file for compensation not the sender.

  After a month of not receiving item I asked where it was and the seller said they’ve been holding it due to extreme weather (would be fine if that was communicated) then said they would send the next day, I hear nothing then ask 6 days later if it’s sent, no word. Wait three more days asking again for a response then Eventually just cut my losses and got a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this seller super unprofessional and a waste of time.
