  Very happy with doll. Packed well and exactly as described. Not seller’s fault, but it took USPS 12 days to get it from Missouri to Ohio!

  Quick shipping. Item exactly as described. EXCELLENT packaging! USPS tried to destroy this and failed miserably. Thanks for taking the time to wrap the spoon holder in bubble wrap. It survived the destroyed box.

  Buyer beware. I bought a puzzle; the box was known to be damaged but it was not obvious there were actually pieces coming out. When I received, there were several loose pieces floating around in the packing material. I contacted seller to ask if we could work something out if there were significant pieces missing. Seller said let them know. Finished puzzle, 29 pieces missing. Contacted seller, they said they had only made $3 on the puzzle I had paid $20 for and they could maybe give me $3 back.

  The buyer asked for a partial refund, which is a against the terms of service and a violation of the abusive buyer policy. I asked buyer to open a return, and instead they wrote this review.
