  Very unhappy with how headrests were packed, they were just tossed in a box with no packing. They were damaged as seen in the pictures. On top of that I bought them on a Sunday, he provided a tracking number bur didn't ship until the Monday a week later after I contacted him asking where my shipment was. Very unprofessional.

  Great communication. I reached out to the seller when the package did not come at the estimated time (not the seller's fault). After receiving the package, USPS neglected to send the item. The seller contacted USPS directly to sort matters out. The package arrived not long after that. Condition as described on the listing. Thanks again.

  Seller was easy to work with. The combination lock I bought from him did not function correctly and after I let him know, he very quickly arranged for me to ship it back. He then refunded the total amount I had paid as he did not have another lock to send me. His customer service was very good and he was always quick to answer my questions. I would buy from him again in the future.

  Item was shipped and got to me very fast - two days before I expected it. Item was packed well, turned on as described.
