    Seller had excellent communication. We had an issue with usps, which is not the fault of the seller. Eventually, the card made it and it was packaged very securely. I would be more than happy to buy from this seller again and very much appreciate the quick responses. Thank you!

    Tracking was stuck on “out for delivery” for over a week, so I opened an item not received claim and let the seller know it might be lost. Instead of assisting, he became extremely rude, and aggressive threatening to report me for fraud. The card finally did arrive days later and after closing the claim I received no apology. Seller falsely advertises USPS Ground Advantage but actually ships First Class, causing poor tracking and slow ship time. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
