  I couldn’t ask for a better experience from this seller. His communication was great and he packed these lovely Royal Albert pieces so well, using double bubble wrap. He used large red lettered “FRAGILE” tape to seal the box and his extra care in packing saved them arriving broken, as despite the RED LETTER warnings, the box arrived with a 3-4” hole bashed in one side. Seriously, the packing care SAVED these lovely pieces of English china!!

  I had a message from the seller apologising that the image listed on eBay was different from the item on offer and which I had ordered. As a result of our communication together realising it wasn’t what I was wanting, the seller gave me a full refund straight away. The seller initiated the chat as soon as he realised what had happened, unlike other sellers, he didn’t just go ahead and dispatch the item and wait for me to realise the error. Absolutely first class communication with the seller.

  This lantern is beautiful and feels quite strong. It was packaged really well but one thing to note is that it doesn't come in its own box so take that into account if buying as a gift. The seller did package it really well in bubble wrap, packaging paper and an appropriate shipping box. Great value, exactly as described and will make a great addition to my pergola area. I'll be using a citronella candle in it to keep summer bugs from eating me.

  Excellent transaction with this 1st time seller who packaged beautifully & professionally this lovely as described & very good value for money (as discount was offered!) pottery koala to arrive within its advertised delivery dates from Wales to London without breakage/damage! Extremely pleased with item, seller's customer service and (most excellent!) packaging skills. Absolutely recommend.....AAA+++!!

  Very pleased with my purchase. The items arrived very quickly - a matter of a few days - they were very well packaged and undamaged. The cup and biscuit saucer are as described, in very good condition, great design and strong colouring. I was happy with the price I paid. Based on my experience, I would recommend this seller.
