  WOW!! Highly recommend this seller! I could not believe how well packaged this shipment was! Not only was every piece individually wrapped and securely cushioned in bubble wrap, the whole thing was double-boxed for added protection! It's a good thing because the outer box was damaged during shipping but the contents were still safe as could be! It shipped promptly and was better then described - prettier and higher quality than the photos or description depicted. Great value! Thank you so much!

  Excellent work on the packing and time it arrived! Extremely happy with the purchase, only thing is it’s the brown lettering and not black but I’m still happy with the sale and I appreciate the swift service! The item is as described aside brow the brown lettering. Good value otherwise! Have a good day!

  I had a very good experience. I purchased the etched eagle chimneys as I had broken one of my other 2 I had recently purchased. I was sick about it. I contacted the gentleman that I purchased them from and he didn’t have any more. He gave me the site for this chimney. This is the only one she had. So I purchased it immediately. The price was fair. I received the chimney quickly and am very satisfied. She even wrote me a nice note in the package. I am very happy with the purchase.
