  Bugs arrived packaged very well! I was surprised by the amount of tape on their container, but it sure did the job keeping them in. Communication with the seller was phenomenal as well. One nymph was unfortunately dead when they got here, but considering how cold it was, I'm not surprised. Every other nymph seems to be doing well, however, so overall a very good seller to buy from!

  Roaches were delayed in the shipment process. Most seemed fine, other than the loss of some due to the longer-than-anticipated voyage, the USPS a taken them on. I asked some questions and the seller replied swiftly. I can't put this one fluke on the Seller’s part. So, I will do business again when needed.

  My order got lost in shipping and finally arrived. It wasn’t packaged well and sticking out of the bubble wrap. It looks to be cheaply made. One sticks when ratcheting upwards. I guess you get what you pay for.
