  Arrived in a box that doesn’t appear to be a genuine apple one, compared to one I previously got direct from apple so whether it is OEM I’ve no idea. Item itself seems ok and it only took about a week to arrive from China (not uk, which the ad seller name seemed to suggest)

  I requested a refund for this product as I ordered the wrong one. Customer service was excellent and they refunded immediately and provided the link for the phone in was after.

  Prompt, polite comms and service from this seller, and item arrived well packaged, but unfortunately these were not suitable for me, so seller very kindly got in touch to offer a full refund, for which I am extremely grateful. Thank You for your excellent and honest service.

  Great item at a great price. Note to the seller - I have given 5 stars for the dispatch time, which is the time that it took you to post the item, however Evri took SEVEN DAYS to deliver it. Its a good job the item wasn't of an urgent nature! The delay is not a reflection on you though, your service is excellent, but I can't say the same about the courrier. You may want to keep an eye on the delivery times for future transactions. Thank you for your service though, great job!
