    Great items at good price. Big problems with the courier DPD not delivering and then the one container was damaged which was obviously done in transit and leaked everywhere. HOWEVER, informed the seller of the problem and they refunded the cost of one of containers, so excellent customer service it's a shame the delivery service let them down.

    Good price for plenty of quality drivetrain cleaner. Came v well packaged in good condition and appearance is just as described. Royal mail took a few days longer in the xmas post but it arrived in tome for my weekend ride nonetheless.

    Originally ordered two, but only one was sent. Contacted the seller via email and also via telephone. VERY polite and helpful !! Have seen comments that some customers have not heard from the seller regarding such issues, IF YOU ORDER THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS DONT EXPECT AN ANSWER DIRECT!!! Totally understand the huge amount of emails the seller probably receives and think that "Next Karting" couldnt have done any more to help me!!! GREAT SERVICE ! A+++++ Will denifnately use this seller again.

    Small issue over the description of these parts which has yet to be resolved as to whether they are described incorrectly or I was sent via incorrect ones but actually turned out they were perfect for what I wanted. The ones delivered were 6 mm hexagonal. Bought other parts from them fantastic service, very quick, great value and perfect communication. Thank you so much, I’m sure they will resolve the issue of the parts description
