    This is the most honest, professional and reputable seller I have dealt with on eBay. When they make a mistake, they own up to it. When something is missing, they take care of it. I have never had a transaction with them where I felt concerned that something might go wrong. This is a professional organization that handles itself professionally. Shipping is prompt. The item is always as described. The pricing has always been top notch. I can't say enough nice things about them.

    Item arrived in original packaging in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Seller created the shipping label the same day, and it was shipped the next day. FedEx delivered it one day later that estimated, but that was not on the seller. I would buy from this seller again.

    Item had plastic valve protection cap that was crushed. Seemed to do its job protecting valve. Box was crushed during shipping should have had better packaging to protect product from shipping issues. Product as described and great price.

    Only leaving a positive review because the seller issued a full refund. Sink was shipped quickly but not from Indiana (Maryland). Whoever they have in their shipping department does not give 2 poops about shipping items correctly. 1st Sink came shattered in box with NO padding-as shown in pics. Seller apologized and offered to send another. Asked seller to make absolutely sure 2nd sink was packed with care-2nd sink never made it-UPS stopped shipment due to damage. Really sucks. Such a waste!

    Great to work with. Well packaged item. There was a small problem with the initial item but the seller quickly sent a replacement. Seller was communicative and responsive. Would definitely not hesitate to buy from seller again.

    As described in new condition and great value. Box was not taped shut but thankfully did not come open during shipping.
