  This is the most honest, professional and reputable seller I have dealt with on eBay. When they make a mistake, they own up to it. When something is missing, they take care of it. I have never had a transaction with them where I felt concerned that something might go wrong. This is a professional organization that handles itself professionally. Shipping is prompt. The item is always as described. The pricing has always been top notch. I can't say enough nice things about them.

  Item arrived in original packaging in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Seller created the shipping label the same day, and it was shipped the next day. FedEx delivered it one day later that estimated, but that was not on the seller. I would buy from this seller again.

  Only leaving a positive review because the seller issued a full refund. Sink was shipped quickly but not from Indiana (Maryland). Whoever they have in their shipping department does not give 2 poops about shipping items correctly. 1st Sink came shattered in box with NO padding-as shown in pics. Seller apologized and offered to send another. Asked seller to make absolutely sure 2nd sink was packed with care-2nd sink never made it-UPS stopped shipment due to damage. Really sucks. Such a waste!

  Although the product inside the box was not as described on the listing or on the box, I would not hesitate to buy again from this seller. They responded immediatley and provided a return shipping label and refund. I have purchased other items from this seller without issue.

  This seller is great at communicating and managing their business. I needed to change my payment method and they handled it quickly and efficiently. Item arrived in great condition but unfortunately did not fit my sink. The return was handled promptly and I received a full refund as soon as I dropped it off at the shipping vendor. I ordered a replacement from them, which also arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Highly recommend this seller!

  UPS lost the package. What a pain for the seller. This seller is the best though. They communicated with me very effectively and super-fast. credit was provided same day as request and I ended up buy another similar item from them. I have purchased many items. Always a good price and responsive seller.
