  The Item was like new and it came in the original box and packaging. The costumer service was great. I had several questions which they responded to quickly to and they followed up to ensure that everything was prefect and I was completely happy with the product.

  Seller was great, love the item!! But UPS was a nightmare, they delivered my package to a wrong address, the photo of delivery was not my porch, and then gave both me and the seller the run around while trying to get a case opened for the missing package. Seller was super responsive to me and contacted UPS immediately, the problem was all with UPS, and luckily resolved without them, whoever got my package took it upon themselves to drop it off on my porch a couple days later!!

  Item was ordered on 10/17. After not receiving it and making attempts to contact the seller, it was discovered that a technical mishap prevented them from sending it out by the original estimated shipping date. Customer Service did reach out to me to apologize for their error and rescheduled a new delivery; item was then received on 10/31. I appreciated the apology and their follow through; based on that I would recommend them to other buyers.

  Edited: Item was received on 10/31. After reaching out phone calls and emails, I was able to arrange via Customer Service a new shipping date. Item arrived well packaged, in almost perfect condition and is working well. Thank you Customer Service for working with me to resolve this unfortunate issue and ensure that I received my item. After seeing how the company responded to this mishap, I would feel comfortable ordering from them again.

  If you are on the fence about buying, please take my word for it and make the buy! I received a message with pics of my mat and shipping label, and from pressing "buy now" to having the mat in hand was literally under 48 hours- amazing!! Mat came with brand new controller and manuals, plus, the trade-in offer makes this a no brainer. The mat design itself is wonderful- much more than just a heat mat. It is a truly luxurious experience. Highly recommend this seller and their products!!
