  I received the item but it was broke into two pieces. I contacted customer service and heard back from them within a short time. They shipped another product and I received it within a couple days. I could not ask for better service then what I received from this company! Very satisfied with the product, price paid, and the excellent customer service!

  Fender arrive dented shipping box was fine. There was barely any packaging. Just a thin layer of bubble wrap, and cardboard. it’s not the worst dent in the world, but for the money that I paid I expected at least better packaging so that this could’ve been prevented hopefully, I can get a partial refund.

  The product I bought WAS AS ADVERTISED AND i AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS PART. THE PRICE WAS VERY ACCEPTABLE AS WELL. ONE ISSUE WORTH MENTIONING AND THIS IS IN NO WAY A CRITICISM. THE PART WAS DELIVERED TO MY 2 YEAR OLD ADDRESS. FORTUNATELY, i LEARNED FROM EBAY THAT THE PART HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND WAS SENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS. i DROVE TO THAT LOCATION AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT BOUGHT MY HOUSE, SAVED IT FOR ME. MY CORRECT ADDRESS 302 S. RIDGEWOOD AVE. UNIT 33 EDGEWATER, FL 32132

  I asked the seller before ordering if the grille came with the letters, and he told me it does. Got the package and the letter were missing. Contacted the seller again, and he offered me a partial refund or to send the letters. I asked for the letters to be sent. Letters have supposedly been sent, but they sent it to the adress they "had in my files" which is the eBay international shipping hub. Pretty sure I will never get them. I live in Canada, they shipped it in Illinois...
