He described my lamps perfectly and the shades and helped me pick out the perfect ones to suit me and the location in my house that I wanted them to be in. The packaging was fabulous. They arrived in perfect condition no damage whatsoever to the boxes or the lamps or the shades. Waterford lamps are expensive. That’s just reality, but his prices are great considering the condition of his lamps!

The packaging very, very well cushioned this crystal lamp and the shade was sent separately and arrived in perfect condition. I ve now received a request to revise my review. The reason having to do with some correspondence and not my review. Specifically, it delt with my emails as to why FedEx was unable to deliver the returned item (eventually received on the third attempt.) Seller could not correct the transaction - listed as New with Tags, what I received was reconditioned & confirmed by Seller.
