  Excellent service and item!!! Its condition closer resembling new than used, as was described, it is a heavy and durable product by manufacturer, Microsoft. It was shipped immediately and delivered totally undamaged, despite crossing the ocean. Excellent value for money at the price purchased. Much appreciated. A+++ recommended seller!!!

  Seller has not shipped well after the lens should have arrived. They never responded to a cancellation request or even acknowledged my inquiry as to why they had not shipped. eBay apparently thinks this is ok as they declined my cancellation request, based on the logic that it should arrive YESTERDAY even though it has not been shipped as of TODAY! STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS DEADBEAT SELLER.

  Packaging was good. Product is as described. Shipping took long though. Kind of expensive but I love the clock that needed it and while I could have almost replaced the clock for that price, the clock is no longer available.
