    Fast delivery and communication. Shirt was listed M&S and listed NEW, but was definitely NOT new. Has been washed many times. Collar has lost sharp fold and does not hold shape, and the wash label has lost ALL writing and is frayed. No markings of M&S. seller has remained polite and helpful, has said it was a mistake in the listing and has refunded promptly. This seller sells a lot. Seller please make sure your listings are correct and genuine.

    This was a genuine mistake on my part and i refunded quickly and excepted the return , the only thing i would say is its 10000% marks and spencer and was like new but out new as listed, i made the mistake and i sorted it out like the buyer stated.. I sell a high volume of items and from my extremely high near on perfect feedback it shows I'm human and can make mistakes and if i do i recognize and always sort out for any buyer
