  Perfect item, the seller is a great person. My original heat exchanger got damaged in shipping. I sent some photos over as proof and they got me another one sent ASAP with a different shipping provider PS and some rule areas shipping with USPS is a poor choice because they don’t care about the packages that much

  These little heat exchangers are built well for the price. It was packaged pretty well in styrofoam form fitted to the item. They shipped it promptly but it seems like it got lost in the mail for a long time, bouncing back and forth between the same couple of cities. It eventually arrived and was surprisingly not damaged in any way.

  This seller went above and beyond. We had a slight issue, the wrong size pex was sent. They immediately rectified the situation, communicated over the weekend and had the new pipe by the end of the week. Would highly recommend purchasing from this seller.
