    Customer service was great, helped me verify I had the right part number for my specific tractor. Unfortunately it didn't come with the rubber bushing to secure it to the gas tank (something I needed) and after reaching out to customer support again, they were able to help me figure out the part number required as it's not listed in the service catalog anywhere, and they themselves had to reach out to Grass Hopper to figure this out. Awesome service. Shipping is a tad slow, but it's free.

    This seller shipped the belt we ordered out fast. It was in new condition and packaged well. Unfortunately, it did not fit our tractor. It is an older tractor and we thought we had looked up the right size belt. Anyway, we did end up returning the belt and that went smoothly and hassle free. I would purchase from the seller again!!!
