  I think you're treating your customers unfairly. I messaged you the same day I placed my order, asking if you had the part I ordered in stock, but you ignored my question. Then I sent another message, and you still haven't responded. Today, October 27th, the day I was supposed to receive my order, you decided to tell me you don't have the item in stock. Well, what can I say? You've lost another customer. I think if you continue to run your business like this, you'll lose many more.

  Ordered a new faucet valve, the valve I received was used, and not matching the picture. Picture was of a brand name valve, received a chinese clone of it. Seller said they'd send another one, never received it, nor a tracking number. Garbage.
