  Ordered a new faucet valve, the valve I received was used, and not matching the picture. Picture was of a brand name valve, received a chinese clone of it. Seller said they'd send another one, never received it, nor a tracking number. Garbage.

  I had contacted the seller who offered to send me a replacement part. However, the replacement damaged part on the drain cover can't be removed. I had informed the seller, and Alice offered to send me a video to show me how to remove the damaged part. Since that last communication, I have not heard back from the seller.
