  Seller was awesome, Item arrived quickly, Item received was item pictured, Item was packaged well. I asked the seller to ship to a different address, this was due to me not changing the address before purchasing. Seller made the change and sent it to where I needed it sent.   Arrived (new) as quoted and packaged extremely well and well marked as to "Electronic Equipment". Havis is great equipment and terribly high priced when purchased from a toughbook type store, so a good deal is always appreciated. Have purchased from this seller before and hope to do so again.

  As a seller we are obligated to take care of our customers whether we agree or not.It is called customer service. I was not asking for anything extra.. I merely needed to return the item on MY dime- I accepted my responsibilty in paying shipping fees! Seller refused to work with me . Sadly, I have to give this rating based on the experience i had with this seller.

  That was a complete lie. Tell the truth. Your made up story here wasn’t what I discussed with Mel Hall or Tanya. How did a conscious purchase of 5 proprietary, clearly described items (Monitor stands), culminate in a frivolous and impulsive returns? Yes, I took care of my customers including you. I have been on eBay for 20 years and have no need or want to give anyone a negative feedback when I can resolve just about any issue amicably. Now, that’s what’s called “excellent customer service.”

  No story was made up sir . You told me you wouldn't take them back and i should sell them because i am a seller. I have the emails stated exactly what you said "i should do!" I even offered to pay return shipping because the units werent what we needed! Thank you
