  Great customer service, good communication, and quick shipping. The item was well packaged, as described, and a photo was provided prior to shipment. The back side was somewhat flattened and not as round. A photo of the backside would have served for better purchase judgment, but that is the style of the product.   This is the second doll I’ve purchased from this seller. Just like the first one, this doll arrived unscathed and in a timely manner. I requested a factory photo of the doll, and the seller was quick to respond with said photo. The doll I received was exactly like the provided photo. Don’t hesitate to buy from this seller. They are professional, quick to respond to questions, and very efficient at what they do. Thanks again.

  Amazing is an understatement. This doll is incredible and looks exactly like the photos other than clothes. Seller is awesome and answers questions very quickly. Only one complaint with this purchase but it's no fault of seller. Issue is with Fedex being the delivery company. Inaccurate tracking and terrible support from fedex. So yes buy from these guys it is worth the effort

  I have bought many products from this Seller, and I am satisfied overall with my purchases. Slow shipping from china (~30days), and the tracking number will not match the first Item received. But the seller responds promptly to messages, and is fairly easy and reasonable to work with. I will do business again as I trust this seller!
