  Appearance: Listed as *Grade C*, the item I received was virtually free of any external scratches or other imperfections, I rate it with a MUCH HIGHER Grade. Delivery: Networkingninjas put a lot of emphasis into packaging, as the unit was enclosed in multiple layers of bubble wrap and tightly sealed to ensure safe delivery. The original delivery date was set for over a week, but the item arrived THREE DAYS after I placed the order, and I ordered it on a SATURDAY! Performance: Perfect so far!

  Laptop works well. The condition was almost as described; the screen is not a touch screen. It is a good value for the price offered. I paid on a monday night and the seller shipped on a thursday/friday.

  Fast shipper thank you so much will definitely do business again highly recommend I have been buying stuff on eBay for over 12 years and I can finally say I found a company that does what it say's now I did had a few problems with some of the laptops, but they did cover some of it. I didn't mention the other things that was wrong, but all in all good experience. hands-down the best on eBay.
