  Price of the item was fairly good. Delivery was another issue. Item was not delivered as promised. Item arrived two days past the delivery date.. delivery service technician was very courteous and helpful.

  Product did not ship in a timeframe that was noted at the time of placing order. Reached out to the seller several times without any response. I have requested a refund of my payment and never heard anything back on that as well. I also reached out to eBay themselves and they said I have to wait a further window of time before I can file a claim

  We waited 17 days and had to have Ebay step in to get our money back. We contacted the seller after the last day of the estimated delivery day for an updated delivery day. ZERO response from seller. We waited another day and contacted Ebay. They gave the seller another chance and Zero response from the seller. Ebay returned our money. Sellers like this should not be allowed on ebay.
