  This saw arrived well packed and in great shape and came with an assortment of tools. The saw appeared to be flawless. Unfortunately, I could not get it to run. When I contacted the seller, they almost immediately provided me with a return label and sent out a replacement saw. I have yet to receive the replacement saw yet, due to arrive on Monday. With their outstanding "after sale" customer service, I have no doubts about this product.

  This is my 5th neotec saw. I have had no issues with any of my saws until this one. I contacted this seller and received nothing but the best service which is second to none. I stayed in contact with their customer service to get the item shipped back and a replacement on the way. Neotec has great products and even better customer service. I would recommend neotec to anyone thinking about buying one of their saws. THANK YOU NEOTEC!

  The chainsaw came boxed up well and secure. Unfortunately I had to return. I thought I would be able to use but I'm getting up in age and even tho it is fairly light, I didn't want to take a chance with it. The seller was most understanding and sent a return label No Problem. I'd definitely do business again. We'll made product, good service.

  For its 25cc size it cuts very well, just don't force it. Also remember the gas to oil mixture is 25:1 not 50:1! There was a delay in shipping and delivery that was not the sellers fault, He shipped it with FedEx right away and provided the tracking number. The saw got lost in the FedEx system some how, but finally arrived 2 weeks later. I contacted the seller who was excellent and very helpful during the shipping problems. I give the seller a 5 star rating also, with a big thumbs up!

  AMAZING SELLER! Package shipped super fast with tracking! Chainsaw arrived perfect and new no damage what-so-ever. Started and sounded great as it should!!! Great price. Plenty of power. Definately going to buy our smaller chainsaw from them too! Neotec-saw is exactly what I look for in an ebay seller! Great job....keep up the good work!!! 5 stars!!!!
