  Very well packaged, item as described in great condition. Really good shipping time. Seller was on top of communicating shipping updates. Very happy with my purchase from this seller.

  Sword is new as described, and it looks great. Display plate I did not open yet, but I assume it is also new. Arrived much sooner than expected delivery date, so big plus :) Outer box came a little damaged, but nothing that affects the inside parts, so it is not a big deal. This is my second sword from this seller, and I am satisfied again :)

  The short answer is the seller is honest & reliable. The description was accurate, communication very responsive & shipping cost was fair. The issue was with the shipping companies. Both companies performance were poor, that's the best word I can describe for the delivery of the package. Bottom line is after daily communication with the seller, the package finally arrived, well packaged. The seller did their job. Thank you.

  Took a little longer to get it, but no fault of the seller. Sword arrived in excellent condition, couldn't be happier!! Seller was very helpful, and responded to all my questions!!.. I highly recommend!
