The wheel was deflated and appeared to have a puncture. I contacted the company and they promptly sent a new wheelbarrow which arrived the day after our communication and which had a working wheel. Great customer service all round!

This was by arrangement with the seller. I cannot praise the seller highly enough for the most helpful and professional way in which they dealt with this matter, and arranged an immediate refund. Excellent seller and service -- highly commended. I'm extremely grateful to them.
