  I am appalled at this sellers approach to how they treat their customers. I received a defective item (lighter) and opened a case. The seller told eBay they would send a return label and did not. On contacting the seller they advised me to "just put the item in the packaging I received it in and just WRITE their address on the front" After being bombarded with emails ebay had to step in and refund me in full. Terrible Service and experience.

  your item was working , we just ask to sent us a video but you refuse & claim false , refunded without even return the item , still leave negative feedback .

  item not as in listing see photo asked for return... no label sent /received deceptive listing … am verry unhappy also buy elsewhere cheaper you think you are getting one with LED small print says you may not also it came in packaged see photos read the listing with care also see other similar feed back from other buyer I am not the only buyer this has happened to by this seller
