  Seller informed me that the label was mislabeled as 31” waist but said the actual size is 35” waist. Received jeans, actual waist size is not 35”. Actual waist size is 30”-31” just like the label says. It is common for Diesel to fit one size smaller. They are correctly labeled, seller provided false information as they are not 35”, nor 34” waist, nor 33” waist, nor 32” waist. If someone is looking for a 35” waist, these jeans will not be what they are looking for, Diesel or not.

  To put things in perspective, this buyer has been issued a full refund and has kept the jeans. To be sure, we never stated that the jeans were mislabeled, or that the actual Size was '35" waist'. All we said was that the jeans were tagged by DIESEL as Size W31 L32, and the actual Waist Measurement was WAIST=35" (the listing says the same thing, too). Having successfully sold over 1,000 items on eBay including over 80 pairs of jeans, we 100% stand by our highly detailed listings and measurements.
