    The product sent was different from what I ordered. I spoke to the seller and they were very good about taking care of everything. That said, l would not have a problem ordering from them again.

    I ordered three of these living crystal floating heart pendants. I have received a bag of six necklaces with stone pendants. According to eBay I have received two of the heart pendants. I have received none, just a bag of necklaces I didn't want. I have tried to contact this seller twice and have received no response, it's been three days. What was supposed to be Loving mother's and daughters matching hearts has turned into a very NEGATIVE experience. I do NOT recommend this seller😠

    Never received it. Description states that they ship out within 24 hours, but all they did was print the shipping label. I waited 10 days for tracking info to change until I contacted both DHL and USPS. They both said they didn't have it and the seller has not shipped it. Emailed seller about it and never got an answer. Had to contact PayPal to get my money back.

    Seller and necklace are great! Looks beautiful and in perfect condition. The unfortunate part was using DHL to ship it. Took 3 days from New Jersey to Kansas City, MO (1800 miles). Then took 15 days in Kansas City to be turned over to USPS (4 miles). 15 days for four miles! It was clear driving for 11 of those. Once USPS had it, it took under 1 to be delivered to Springfield, MO (170 miles). Valentines' Day gift arrived on February 26th this year! Seller was great, DHL was slower than a sloth.
