The battery arrived on time and fit my ebike dimensions, although the connecting plugs needed adjustments. The company posted me extra bonus gift items as the delivery was delayed as result of a Chinese holiday. Highly appreciated! I still have smaller issues that needed sorted out but overall I am happy with the service provided.
