    Slightly misleading packaging - outer packaging indicated double duvet cover, but inner packaging was branded as King size. Contacted the seller asking if I should open the packet to check the size or return to seller unopened. Slow in replying, sent 2 messages before receiving a reply. Duvet was indeed a double as advertised, so I'm happy enough. A button was missing from the duvet cover, but I can live with that.

    Wrong tog rating sent by accident. I suggested to the seller that I keep the delivered product, if they refunded the difference in price between 15 Tog and 13.5 Tog. The seller agreed and forwarded the difference to my account. The product is good. Does the job. Looks good. This transaction was my second purchase of a duvet. I would buy from the same seller again.
