    This item was the wrong item for our vehicle but did match the description of an ECM for a Subaru. We were misinformed by a dealer that it would work with our vehicle. However, the seller agreed to allow us to return the item without hassle. The shipping both ways and packaging were both very strong and reliable. and the value of the item are impeccable.     Came so fast I had to duk, Packing was exceptional, Very hard to find parts, and seller did not gouge on the price actually excepted my offer, better than the photo . Don't hesitate to give this seller a chance for your business!

    Product shipped quickly and was exactly as described. The packaging was secure, and the module was received in excellent condition. Price was fair, but most importantly it solved the problem with the backup camera in my Allroad. Fully satisfied with the transaction. Excellent eBayer!

    I ordered this part and when I received it there appeared to be an issue with the item. I contacted the customer service office and was able to share a picture of what appeared to be a missing part and it was quickly determined that the item was damaged during shipment. The customer service person sent out a replacement item that arrived quickly and undamaged. Additional packaging was included in the box this time to ensure that there was no issue. I will use this company again in the future!

    The item was new or like new as stated. Very friendly service but the shipping took a little longer than eBay estimated. So I called the shop and they said that they would get it out right away and they did.
