    The Panasonic toughbook arrived fast but unfortunately it didn't power on. After contacting the seller, there was speedy communication to try and resolve but it had to be returned for replacement. The seller communicated why the unit was faulty and how it was repaired then re posted it back very fast! I had mentioned some cosmetic issues with it and these were also rectified free of charge. Definitely a great person to buy a used computer from!

    Reasonably easy to fit, looks the part. Quick delivery and good advice from the seller when I thought there was an issue. Turned out to be my mistake and seller was happy to advise me. Very professional. Not my first purchase from this seller and won't be the last. Highly recommended...

    Great experience. The order was a great price, delivery processed extremely quickly and the item arrived in pristine condition exactly as described, battery health was even 99% way better than I'd expected. Very happy with this purchase and seller so far.
