Packaging was thorough and secure, shipping was expedient, not only was the plates as described and shown in photos but the condition was outstanding and with a quick wash, they were on the table to replace chipped plates. Excellent service! The dishes were exactly as advertised, in perfect condition, well packed & arrived in a timely manner. I ordered these dishes as replacements for my daughter’s set of vintage Italian Countryside. Another company has remade these dishes however they are not the same as the vintage pieces. She was absolutely delighted to receive these vintage pieces which match her set perfectly. Thank you Nana’s Nifty Things. The only negative: It seems like shipping cost was a little bit
