The item itself is very innovative and maybe the starting of the wave of DIY fabricating for items that are not available from a major manufacturer of model railroad items especially buildings and scale figures, I am very impressed. 3D printing may solve those needs. Shipping cost was very reasonable. The seller gave me a heads up about a possible delay. They seem to be good folks to deal with.
